Initial Evaluation & Assessment
To begin your Pilates experience we highly recommend an Initial Private Consultation as the best way to introduce you to the amazing benefits of Pilates. This session introduces you to the language and basic concepts the Pilates Method utilizes. Just $40 gets you started on your pilates journey to wellness!
Private 50 Minute Session
Learn about your body through a private session, the most effective way to learn Pilates. Our instructor develops a program customized to the individual client based on age, the presence of any injuries or alignment issues and fitness goals.
Semi-Private 50 Minute Session
Like a Private Session, the Pilates semi-private session is designed similarly but includes the fun of sharing it with a friend, partner or co-worker. With semi-private sessions you save money but still receive individualized attention.
